I ordered the pasta bowl (in the tin pan). The pan (which is small) was not even half full maybe 3/4 cup at most) and was burnt! The person that answered the phone told me that they have to fill the tin half full or it will overflow when cooked. As to the burnt food issue she stated that hopefully they will get the order right tge next time. Hello.......with this type of customer service there WON'T be a next time. I will also warn any and all about this place! Beware, stay away!!!

It’s unfortunate we are unable to experience a decent take out or delivery pizza in this area? I believe they have had plenty of opportunity to get this sorted out and regrettably the only things consistent with these folks is a product that provides no value for the dollar, inconsistent delivery times and really poor quality product!?

We have ordered delivery from here many times. Today, we call to order delivery as we have never been able to do it on the app due to issues on the app as we were told by the manager. Mind you, they delivered to us 1 week ago with no problem as I live 3 miles from this location. This gentlemen continued to tell me it is not based on location, which is absurd as it says within so many miles on their website. I would drive all the to Spartanburg before I spent money at this place.

Always order the mix and match 2 topping medium pizza's with chicken on both pizza's. The total is always $12.90. Today they charged me $13.62 for chicken being a "premium topping." I was not feeling it today and asked to speak to their supervisor, or manager and they said they have never been $12.90... Well I contacted corporate and hopefully this won't happen to anyone again. I know it's just .72 cents, but you shouldn't overcharge me for something I always get for the same price.
