I was a renter/tenant for a year and went through this property management company and I have to say at 1st I didn’t trust a thing I heard and was very skeptical. I must say White glove property management specifically Blake Borowski the owner is just as fair and honest and transparent as they come. In today’s market/economy when you need help or service most of the time you are given un personalized treatment. How many companies are there online that don’t even want you to call them on the phone anymore and require you to E-mail them and hope in 2-5 days you will get a response. These guys are the exception to what we are all used to. Here is my E-mail that I sent on June 6th 2022, I think this sums up this review. Blake, I cant tell you how much I appreciate you taking the time to go and check the property and for being so honest and transparent. It is rare to find someone/business these days that actually does what they say they are going to do before firing back a boilerplate rejection E-mail. Thank you Blake

To this day this subhuman was unprofessional he attacked me personally online my own personal experience was listed on yelp please take a moment and read both my calm and sane experience and read how he responds he tells me about my marriage lol this is a terrible 💔 unprofessional company that puts bad renters in under priced rentals he only is concerned about his end and feel free to reach out I feel that I could easily point you away from this 🌙 company

White Glove has done a fantasic job of managing my rental propery. They have been on top of any issue that has arisen. On more complicated issue, they have very communicative and advised me on the best course of action while take care of all the specifics. Additionally, there is a really nice owner portal system that documents all income and expenses.

As I was searching for a new property management company White Glove Property Management was the only one to pick up the phone (I called at least 10 different companies), something we highly value, when dealing with our properties. Blake, the owner, did an amazing job explaining the ins and outs of his business. All of White Glove's team members work extremely well and fast! They do their absolutely best to find the best contractor deals for you. It was so refreshing! Good property management companies are not easy to find, trust me we have dealt with our fair share! I will be recommending White Glove to our friends and family and we will be using them with any future investment properties in Orange County.
