Dont use them. Terrible workmanship on the mobil home. Mobil home inside came with most the drywall cracked. Workers put in waterlines backwards, front porch tweaked,front door wouldn't close,3doors in home wouldn't close. I could go on and on what was wrong with the new mobil home. They were suppose to do a final work through, they didnt even do that. It was a big mistake using this company. BEWARE!!!!!

Buyer beware... We purchased a home to install in our backyard, the process was very complicated and painful, to say the least, but with my resourcefulness, I was able to find a company to send me in the right direction, however, this is where all the problems began. Even after jumping through all the hoops needed to get the house ordered and purchased, I was never offered a package deal to get everything handled (installed) by the dealer/seller of the house, yet this is something they now claim to offer. Had this been an option, I would have jumped for joy and signed up. When the time came for the house to be delivered no one paid attention to the prints that we developed and were mandatory prior to order; for the house to then be delivered onto my property backward causing us lots of stress, loss of construction time, and to have to bear yet an additional cost to this very expensive project. Our salesman (Dillon, son of the owner) neglected to connect us with an installer which we begged for multiple times in writing and verbally, which he stated many times would not be a problem. His defense in this mistake was that we simply shouldn't have taken on this project, to begin with, and that we hired the wrong contractors to place the foundation, which is simply unacceptable as it was already in process and lots of time, effort and money had already been spent on it. Our experience with this company is that once they take your money you are no longer their priority/ or customer to please unless they can make more money somehow. You are simply written off as an undesirable customer "who should not have taken on this project, to begin with". Because this is a fairly new trend it seems as though people can be easily taken advantage of as there are very few with this expertise. Thankfully, in the end, they connected us with someone to install and fix all the mishandling but all at our cost. In this type of industry if you don't know someone within the industry, expect to get screwed over one way or another. Finally our house is up and running, but don't believe everything you hear its definitely not as easy as they make it sound, nor do they follow thru as it would appear they should based on how our delivery went...
