Walked in today and my day got better. Excellent Baristas!!!! This location has the best customer service out of all Starbucks I went to in addition to making great coffee. I Thank you beautiful ladies for taking care of our soldiers.

I asked for a venti pumpkin cream cold brew (half coffee half pumpkin cream) the barista put 2 inches worth of coffee and filled the rest with water! This is horrible when I said something nothing was done so left it at the counter. I tried calling several times but no answer so not impressed.

The lady taking my order was nice and friendly. She was fine with me asking for a customized drink even though I found out they were closing soon. The lady making the drinks, on the other hand, was obviously not glad to be there. She finished my first drink and just sat it on the counter without announcing it like they usually do. Then she just sat the other one on the counter without offering a drink holder, pointing me to the straws, or anything. I'm thinking to myself, "did I do something wrong here?" I ordered a customized drink for my wife and asked that they put a couple of extra pumps of sugar in the cold brew so it would be sweet. Maybe I asked for too much. I came in close to closing time, but so did the few people ahead of me and behind me. Well, at least one of them were nice.

Great location. Americano was excellent. Very busy in the morning but while they could operate more efficiently they were quick enough. My order was right both times this week. Prices were lower than most Starbucks. Beautiful facility...
