I got the sweet black pepper bacon sandwich and asked for no egg due to an allergy. For the third time, it had egg on it. Would really appreciate it if y’all would stop saying I can get it with no egg and then continue to put it on the sandwich

The food was good and I'm so very happy that they employ ppl from the sunshine industries in Knoxville Tennessee bc they deserve to work to but they should have help working with the public!!

The service at this Dunkin donuts is horrible I literally sat in line for 11 minutes waiting for service before I decided to drive off . I also asked the person that was running the drive-through if they were still there and she said sorry about the way I'll be with you in a minute.

I don't know who they had back there training today but yeesh. Waited five minutes at the drive through for someone to say welcome but never did. Drove up and they were blaring explicit rap music loudly. And their iced coffee looked like tea and was watered. The ladies at the front remade it for me 3 times, but each time it look and tasted the same. Even one agreed that it looked like tea. Shout out to them, but don't think I'll be back for a while.
