An experience with Stoneware Enterprises in Anaheim, California is not how anyone should ever be treated especially when supporting a business entity. Without specific detail, the salesmen added services not requested or needed by the customer with an additional dollar amount typed onto the invoice, and then Stoneware Enterprises refused to correct the "misprint" blaming their computer system. The customer receipt continues to show a false amount due. Customer immediately sensed there was a big problem after the money was transacted. When trying to calmly communicate about the issues one salesperson became aggressively rude and derogatory and screamed at customer as crazy, psychotic, sick and racist and yelled "we don't want to work with you, don't you get it?". Complete rough and unnecessary treatment of an honest paying customer. Why? Both salespersons at Stoneware Enterprises agreed to refund the stone piece purchased by the customer which was never received by the purchaser/customer, and Stoneware Enterprises is now holding the customer's money as well for 10-12 days claiming that they have no way of refunding the money as they claim "the owner is in India". Customer spent countless hours talking and writing to legal and financial authorities and it has become a such a hostile horrible experience. Stoneware Enterprises even claim they "lost" or have kept the customer's expensive design template necessary for the customer's project. So unbelievable, so sad, and so abusive. Save yourself from this place.

If you're looking for most unusual and beautiful granite, look no further than Stoneware Enterprises! We did a lot shopping for our countertops and Stoneware was second to none! Best selection and price out of all of the other stores that we shopped. It's a family run business. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We just had our countertops installed and they did an amazing job! If you want to make your kitchen a show place, this is your store! Highly recommended Stoneware!

We love our counters we purchased here, they are our most favorite thing in our home now. If I move I want to take them with me! While that’s not possible, we cannot be more happy with the choice. The fabrication with them had some chipping on one 10” infinity edge that was never mentioned, they did the best to mend but would have been nice to let us know. Our all, would go back and they are fairly priced. They did a great job and no funny business. If your debating on the edge.... get the waterfall edge. So worth it. With the extra stone, we had them make a long bar top and we used it for an indoor bench for kids toys.

We got the Quartzite countertop for our kitchen upgrade. It is amazing after installation. The slab is exquisite and such design was not available anywhere in CA. They also recommended good way to install 3cm slab. Professional installation work.
