I schedule my appointments online and I always receive a phone call confirming my appointment. I will also receive an email confirmation each time. When I get to the store, there is NEVER record of my appointment! This has happened FOUR TIMES! I always have to either wait for 2+ hours to be serviced or reschedule my appointment. I work and have a family! It’s not easy finding time to step away! When an appointment is confirmed, I EXPECT the service to be completed! I always show the associate proof of the confirmation, but still NOTHING! Wait for hours or reschedule! I expressed my frustration to the associate today and all he said was “sorry.” This is unacceptable! I will never ever book another appointment at this location and I will not ever recommend people to come here! This is ridiculous!

it’s a bad idea to bring my car here. They say they can do the oil change. They said it takes 1 hour. Then it end up with 4 hour. Then they break my belly panel, and I have to pay another 900 to fix that.

Scheduled an appointment for a state inspection at 8am Monday morning. I arrive promptly at 8, wait in line a bit, and then get told “the machine is broken.” Maybe I’m dumb, but it took me a minute to process that means “we can’t do your inspection, go away.” No sorry for the inconvenience. No offer to reschedule. Went to a small local shop instead and didn’t have to waste 30mins on a big nothing.

Good people with honest work done right without any surprise extra services or sales pitches. Best of all the work gets done on time. They called me at 645 on a Friday night to let me know that my car was ready for pickup so I could get it that night. Other shops so close to closing time have "let it go" for the next morning. By doing the right thing they saved me both time and two cab rides had I needed to get my car the next day. Thank you!
