If I could give less than one star I would , I would love to talk to a manager of this store because the employees are absolutely terrible. No one has good customer service there are employees standing outside in front of the drive thru smoking cigarettes while there’s a line to hell . I can’t even get my order made correctly . I asked for a Minute Maid berry punch from the freestyle machine and got lemonade when I asked about the drink they said “ it’s lemonade what you asked for “ it’s upsetting to live right here and have to deal with below sub par employees, if they don’t wanna work in customer service find another job. Not to mention I haven’t been able to get a frosty from this location since 2020 it’s always “ our frosty machine is down “ it’s absolutely terrible and I hope corporate responds

The Staff here are professional and friendly! My food is good and always HOT! The Manager here is a sweet soul too! One day I drove off and left my debit card she held onto until the next day and I was able to pick it up. Very courteous and professional at all times! Keep up the AWESOME work! :)

6-11-2022 2:30pm. Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes. Two cars ahead of me when I arrived. After 5 minutes the first car drove off. 5 minutes later the second car was still waiting for someone to take their order. In the meantime cars had backed up to the street. I finally gave up and left. This location has never had good service, but this was a new low. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else.

I usually have fine service at this place, foods good, but they're not open until one, it seems they close at 12 on the weekends despite looking open. Not a big deal but if anyone's able to change the hours on Google it might help others save a trip in the future.
