The supervisor of USPS Henderson NC branch is so unprofessional, very rude and talked to their customer sarcastically. Her name is CASSIE ORR. If you are employee of a government office you should be nice and happy to serve the people all the time. But this lady does not have any manners. My mail package was returned to me after 10 days and it was ripped and destroyed. Considering my mail contained very important document. I spoke to her but instead of being apologetic she was sarcastically answered all my queries and concerns. I am very disappointed. She should not be employed in any government offices.

One of your delivery drivers (driving white minivan) dropped off a package today 12/9/20 and I mistakenly thought that she had taken one that was already there on the porch. Running outside I must have seemed crazy. She patiently explained she brought a new package and tucked both in a better spot so they weren't so out in the open (angel). God bless this woman for having to deal with my ignorance. I felt so bad after. Very helpful employee. Give this postal driver a raise!

Complete idiots. Worst postal service I have ever worked with. Trouble delivering mail. Trouble picking up packages when scheduled in advance. This reflects poorly on me to my customers, who I actually provide good service to. And they constantly put mail for the wrong people in my box! If you are in Henderson and missing mail, chances are they either put it in the wrong box or stole it. They all need to be fired...its not a hard job and they get paid way to much for it. Benefits are ridiculous.
