Despite my previous complaint to the post master, the mailperson still over stuffs our mailbox. On one occasion they put a box that should have gone in the locker in our box. Unable to get it out, I left a note for the carrier. The carrier then took the note, circled the address on the package (shocker, it was even for the wrong address!) after a week of leaving the package in my box they put it in a locker. Today- they stuffed my two packages in a locker and I had to use all of my strength to remove them, breaking the box and damaging what I ordered!

Package was damaged on the address. (Which was not USPS fault). I came to post office and they found it and gave me to package quickly. Very nice, and very easy to work with!

I have nothing but problems since I moved to this area of Springfield. My packages have said delivered to mail receptacle. Well it was delivered to my neighbors mail receptacle and not mine. I have had the delivery person lie and say left on doorstep. We have ring security cameras and it wasn’t my doorstep! They are so lazy. Now I know they are probably tired and overworked but I pay taxes to get my packages delivered to me and not some stranger down the street. I’ve gone 3 times to the Main Street office to complain with no care or response on their end. They tell me the same story over and over. They tell me I do not have a standard everyday mail carrier. I am on a route that is an additional route that gets a different person every single day. Thus there’s no accountability for lost or stolen or damaged packages. They have broken items jamming it into our box so they don’t have to walk to our front door! I am so tired of Springfield USPS!!! Worst delivery and customer service ever!

So over our mail lady! I live off of 49th street in Springfield and whoever the lady is that delivers to our box is awful! Anytime we get a package she jam packs it to the point where things rip open when we try to get it out, and a lot of the time she also puts a key in there for a larger package in the lock box, so why is she jamming the small ones in there instead of putting it with the other in the lock box is beyond me. So many of my packages are been damaged because of the way she puts it in there. It doesn't matter if it's checked daily, she always does this. We also often see her out while we on are walks and smile from afar and she can't even seem to pretend to smile. Yikes.
