Used this store twice. Both times packages never arrived at shipping destination. 2 computers. Manager Sarah had a didn't care attitude. Tried talking to her she hung up the phone saying my tone. Very rude and not customer service oriented. I will never step foot in that UPS store. Both computers were shipped on different days. My company still has received the computer. And UPS UNABLE TO TRACK MY PACKAGE

Very convenient location with most of household ebay/amazon return and outgoing boxes going to this store! They give you the support needed to properly handle and track your merchandise! Even if there is a line the operations is continuous and fast with important factor given by clerk at the point before taking possession of your mail!

I am extremely picky, but I have been extremely impressed with the UPS store at this location. The office is bright, very clean, and spacious. The staff is absolutely amazing and professional. I needed a notary service and Brett was absolutely beyond magnificent in all aspects. He was absolutely professional, effective, caring, knowledgeable, customer-driven and personable. I got in and out in just a matter of 10 minutes for my notary services and we've all done, and the cost is extremely reasonable here. I also enjoyed my conversation with him along the way with Brett. Tyler is another personnel working at this UPS location, and he was also absolutely amazing in all aspects, too, very friendly, professional and effective in helping customers. I would definitely use their services again, and would come back to this UPS location for other things. Highly recommend this place!!!!

I've been coming to the UPS Store for years. They are always very helpful and friendly. Have had notary service here as well and didn't have to wait, especially 45 minutes like the other poster claims. Sara, the manager I believe is very helpful too.
