This is by far the worst Mariott property I've stayed at. Strike that, it rates in the top 3 of worst hotels. The room layout was designed by a teenager, the TV service sucks, stove top vent hood doesn't work, the outside lounge area is in the parking lot, the claimed queen size bed is really a full and to top it off they have a fire alarm every 1 to 2 weeks. Won't be back. Mariott, level it and start again.

This was a nice stay. Better than most TownePlace Suites. Stayed here for work and was impressed by the service. Everyone at the front desk were so helpful. Rooms are clean. Felt like a quaint little apartment.

Upon check-in we find out the pool is closed. I chose this hotel do to the pool and the amenities. It should be noted on the website the pool is currently closed. It had been closed for 2-weeks prior to our arrival. Marriott’s tote the cleanliness of there hotels and sanitary equipment they use to clean your room before arrival. I question the accuracy of there advertisements. I found a garbage bag on top of the dining table, long black hair all over the bathroom floor, stains on the ceiling, stains on the fabric chair and a broken toaster. We as consumers have options. We take inconsideration cost and I paid extra to be at the Marriott facility and to have a pool with cleanliness. Not what I got at this stay. Family disappointed.

The hotel was clean. Beds were comfy and the linens were crisp. Full size refrigerator and dishwasher in the room. Beautiful shower. Needed blanket for the pullout, staff brought extra comforters and pillows. Staff was very nice and attentive even though they were short staffed at the front desk. Would have liked to have coffee in the lobby available all day like the Hampton inns. Overall a great hotel. I would highly recommend it, and would definitely come back again.
