The worst possible deal you could find. They will try to charge you for literally everything. The rooms already have damages when you get them and they try to charge you for them at the end. The parking pass is not included and is at minimum $100 a month on top of rent. The common areas are filthy. The bottom floor entry way always smells like urine. The apartment complex was recently bought by another company who changed the wifi and now it constantly has connection issues and is slower. The majority of positive reviews on here are bought because Stanhope offers $5-$10 to residents who leave them positive reviews. The gym is nice and the kitchens are large but literally everything else about this apartment is awful. Stay away from Stanhope. They will say they don't charge a deposit then threaten to charge hundreds of dollars for pre-existing damages.

I have had a great experience living at Stanhope, the front desk is very accommodating and also helpful to get packages, maintenance, and if forgetting your key ever. They have fun events throughout the school year and free food Fridays are always something to look forward to. It was a great year living at Stanhope for my sophomore year and would recommend it!

I love living at Stanhope! It so nice to be so close to campus yet still feel like an independent adult! I think they do a great job of creating a community here and ive meet so many people at the pool! Cant wait to live here next year!

Stanhope is great! Very safe and is in a perfect location for students. The amenities make it the best student living in the area!
