Can't believe the attitude of the Zachias -- the young man who took my order today (06.14.2022, 7:30 PM). Mr. Attitude would not answer my question about the quantity options for chicken fingers since these do not appear on the marquis. I asked the question, Mr. Attitude stood silent. Repeated the question in the event I was not hear me. I got nothing. How rude after our decision to pass the fast food restaurants on either side of Bojangles.

The drive thru person was horrible. No personality, l was rushed, asked "what else" before l had the opportunity to say. Bad customer service experience. No condiments, no spork for my dirty rice. But the food was good and hot.

Went for an order the other night, was given a portion of my order, when I asked for the rest I was told I didn’t pay for it and they were not going to give me what I payed for until I pulled up my transaction history for my bank account. Rude staff that was confrontational when they were wrong. I don’t usually complain and never leave reviews but this was awful customer service. It’s unfortunate because this is usually one of the better Bojangles in the area. I’ll give them one more chance but this is definitely something to keep in mind.
