Great equipment and customer service! I went in for my first tanning session ever about a week ago. I went in wanting to even my skin tone (because I’m kinda over the bikini tan 😉). The woman who helped gave me a complete run down of the equipment, and which bed she recommend I use. It was relaxing and surprisingly effective. I still have the bikini tan, but it’s not nearly as noticeable. And last, but not least, it was free! Since I was a first time guest. Will definitely go back!

Love SunsUp! Clean, friendly, affordable and always welcoming. I have been in several tanning places and I love coming here since 2007. The employees are extremely professional and go out of their way for you. It is important to have clean facilities and that is something I can always count on at SunsUp. This has become a full spa with the offering of a foot detox, red light therapy, massage chair and FitWrap. I wouldn't spend my money anywhere else. Thank you for providing such an awesome place for your clientele to relax, carefree.

There are way too many tanning salons around to have such poor customer service. SunsUp is not a good experience. My wife quit tanning there a year ago because of the poor service. And when I went in after work without my wallet or goggles I was told I couldn't tan and had to buy new goggles. Well long story short I had no wallet and instead of being able to comp me some 10 cent eye stickers, the Regional manager was perfectly fine with allowing me to cancel my monthly membership over it. If my business as a customer is not worth 10 cents to your business, then how can anyone expect to have service worth more than 10 cents? You can't. And at most SunsUp locations I've been to, you won't. Just an update- I spoke with corporate and the woman on the phone was worse than the employee.

Hi, I totally understand your frustration. As we have desperately trying to find coverage for an employee had to leave town suddenly to say goodbye to her grandfather before he passes away. I'm sorry, this is the number #1 thing that stressed me out the most when I have no control over situation like this.
