Order wrong AGAIN! I declare I cannot for the life of me figure out why they cannot EVER get an order right!! Caramel iced coffee, not sweet whatsoever, ordered NO EGG on a mcgriddle, has egg.... Like seriously, do better people!

My wife and son go in to get a hot fudge sundae that is now $3 and used to be $1. The front cashier is standing outside smoking and asks my wife as she enters if she’s going to the bathroom first? She says “no?” The cashier says ok, I’ll be right in… She comes in, never washes her hands and makes my son’s sundae, disaster by the way, and says “anything else?”. My wife says no that’s all. The cashier says “good, then I can go back outside.” WOW!! This is what we’re paying for… unreal. This country is in trouble.

This is THE best one we have been too. There was a virtual activity table the kids could color and play games on, but the best part was the people...yes! The people were the nicest I have met. They were quick and always doing something like cleaning. The front cashier actually went around asking if we needed anything! Love this one and wish it was much closer!!! Thank you for making it a great breakfast!

My friend just went by there to get the kids a happy meal and got herself a cheeseburger meal and it’s uncooked completely raw this is gross . It’s not the one in Shallote NC on Main st. I can’t believe someone would send food out like this.

There McDonald's in Shallotte is the slowest sorry a service I have ever had at any fast food restaurant and 9 out of 10 times your order is wrong the owners need to come in there and shut the place down and is replaced their management staff or bulldoze the damn building
I will be getting up with managers, owners, and corporate! What are y’all thinking??? Like if the guy loses his job for walking out imma raise hell because if there’s more than one person or employee complaining about one manager. Obviously the problem is the manager!!!!
No, I have not. Not yet anyway. I went to that McDonalds yesterday and the food was delicious. I ordered a meal and didnt notice the price of the Tea. I did notice however that a Big Mac meal and a Chicken sandwich meal was over $17.00, which is higher than the one in Little River.
