I was with OMG for twenty + years. I am with a new system now and I am getting amazing results from the new doctor. I have suffered with symptoms for years that OMG never addressed. It's getting fixed now. I am however suffering lasting effects from the neglect I experienced with OMG. I waited over 6 months for OMG to transfer my records to my new doctor. Get a second opinion outside of OMG for accurate results. I am amazed at the difference.

I hoped to become a new patient at the Oregon Medical Group clinic located on Crescent, conveniently close to my new home, as I didn't want to have to keep driving out to west Eugene. But the person answering the main number at Oregon Medical Group was unfriendly and almost rude when stating that Oregon Medical Group wasn't taking new patients. Okay, I can understand that given the health care community's issues over the past couple of years, but then when I tried to ask about the NOW immediate care clinic I was even more dismissively and brusquely advised that ONLY existing Oregon Medical Group patients could use the NOW clinic. Phone contact is usually the first contact with any organization and how that is handled reflects an organization's attitude toward new clients. So, thanks but no thanks -- I'm looking elsewhere.

Doctor never sent in my script. I called asking about why I didn’t receive it, they said sometimes the fax doesn’t work to send the prescription to the pharmacy. And I won’t get my prescription till the following day and I should receive a phone call from the doctor. Never received a call script still not sent over, it’s been about 4 days now. This seems extremely concerning to me and extremely unprofessional. 0/10 would never recommend someone to go here.

Mixed. My previous Doctor, Dr. Phillips, was the most amazing health care professional I ever worked with. Non-judgemental and kind. That was huge. I had great experience with the staff at reception, and the woman who took me back into the office. However, when explaining my mental health concerns to my new provider the experience was not pleasant. Talking about depression is hard. Especially when being asked about trauma and depressive episode triggers. To be treated with a “distant” energy, and to be made to feel like I was crazy, made my visit all the worse. I went to get help. But, instead felt like I was crazy. I only write this as “food for thought” to the staff. Don’t expect a new patient to disclose hard events during the first appointment. Especially, when time is limited. Don’t push for details if the only reply is “I’ll pass it along to our case management team.” Don’t worry, depression isn’t contagious. So, please don’t treat people with mental health struggles with such distant disregard.

Yes, the Crescent Medical Clinic is open 8 AM to 8 PM every day of the week.
You will get a phone call with the results. When you get the call will depend on local test volume. Local volume is high now, so probably 4-5 days.
Call any of thier clinics and they can give you the number for the "new patient" coordinator. The new patient coordinator has info on all the clinics anf which doctors are taking new patients and if there are still opening for a new patient with your insurance.
