Nice motel and the people who run it were friendly. Their rates beat the sand dunes motel also which is where we have always stayed for years on vacation there. The room was actually nicer too so this is where we will stay next time. The fridge wasn’t very cool when we got there but they assured us it would get better and it did. The third floor balcony view of the beach was great!

We booked 3rd floor to not have thumper in=⁴=⁴= overhead and were not informed until check in that there is no elevator. This is usually not a big deal, however, I have multiple bulging discs and a toddler. We definitely would have booked first floor had we known. Warning: if you drink coffee or tea, bring your own service! They provided a drip coffee maker with one pre-loaded filter for the whole week end.....it makes two cups....and is NOT specified on the package. I went to the desk and requested more and the clerk gave me ONE pre-loaded filter. I then asked if they have filters for sale and, no lie, he gave me ONE COFFEE FILTER!!! The room was small with 2 full beds, a kitchenette, and balcony overlooking the 2 pools and ocean. Two adults and child fit fine. The basic essentials for those spending more time out than in. The best part is the location. Only a couple of blocks to the pier and all you need in walking distance.

We spent four days had a great experience. The room was clean. The staff was very nice. My only recommendation would be some type of sitting chair for room. Kitchen and table chair set was nice but can't sit for very long. Great view of the ocean.

I have no complaints about this place it was great at an affordable price we had Ocean view everything was nice. Staff were friendly and very welcoming looking forward for our next stay.
