I know they ( or any other restaurant),are not always going to have a perfect service...God knows I've had a "LOT" of delicious steaks from your establishment, but, tonight was definitely different. I asked for my steak to be blackened like I always do and it ended up on my granddaughters steak. I ordered a baked potato and it was Luke warm. They bring me another one and it was the same...the butter wouldn't melt on it. I asked another server to tell my server that it was my Wife's 60th birthday cause I couldn't get her attention ( She was very busy at that time?) But I guess she didn't get the message and I was fine with that I guess. There were a couple more issues that I don't need to go into right now. I rate tonight's meal around a 6 out of 10. To my server Summer...You did an AWESOME job tonight also, You are definitely a people person and that impresses me!!! You should go far in this industry and I wish there were more like you...keep up the great work and hope to see you soon!!! Texas Roadhouse is still my favorite steak house!!!!!!!!!!

I had the ribs/bbq chicken combo with chili. All 3 were very good. My wife had a sirloin steak & baked potato with chili & side salad. She enjoyed it all. My son had the chicken tenders, ff's & cheese sticks. He only liked the cheese sticks, but I gave him part of my bbq chicken & he liked it. Service was fair.

Now typically Texas Roadhouse is my favorite place in Goldsboro. But today I am beyond disappointed. I placed an online order for pickup. When I got there, 30 minutes later my food still wasn’t ready. Finally my food comes out. Now normally I check my food right then & there but I’ve never had an issue before so I figured everything would be fine. I get home & check my food. My shrimp & rice looked thrown together. My ribs looked mostly eaten & all my rolls were cold. I called to speak to a manager just to be put on hold for over 10 mins & still didn’t speak to anyone. So today I can say Texas Roadhouse has officially disappointed me. This is unacceptable.

After a hard week of work, we went to this magnificent place to celebrate! As usual, super friendly and attentive staff! The appetizers where great! The margaritas awesome, and when the steak showed up, happiness!

I've had the ribeye and they are very good, seasoned well. I get mine medium. Each time mine has been cooked correctly. My wife tried the beef tips twice. First time they were tough. Second time much better. Sirloins are ok. Ribeyes in our opinion are the best.
Yes 14 and 15 year olds can eat there as long as they act responsibly.
WOW, so sorry that happened to you. I would have probably asked for the manager and if he didn't resolve the wrong i would have reported that particular location to corporate. But i really don't think i would even be able to stay there and eat after having to deal with ignorance.
Wear masks, tables are spaced apart, waitresses wear gloves and masks, six feet apart when waiting. You may have to wait in your car if busy.
