Top quality city park with lots of picnic areas, large high-quality playground, well maintained tennis courts, clean bathrooms, beautiful oaks, nice fountain and even a train during warm weather months.

Yes they are but make sure they are human friendly.
Stationary grills are provided but it is not allowed for you to bring your own grill .
You know regular people answer these questions, not the businesses? You should call to ask for the train schedule.
You need to to the parks and recreational building. Its the brick building on corner of Ash and Herman. Parking lot is off Herman.
Not always..the ssssholes from the city police LOCK the bathrooms about 630 to 7pm .so if you play tennis late you p on the court.
