My address is not listed in the app for delivery but they always deliver here and to my neighbors. So usually I would order the order through carry out and call in to let them know I wanna change it to delivery and pay over the phone. Everything is fine I pay I get my food. For some reason now you can never get through the line just keeps ringing and ringing no one answers. Had a email confirming My order and even said if you have and questions or concerns with your order please call this number. Called 4 times so far no answer. Have already spoke with a manager about the delivery situation about 2 years ago. Said they were gonna work on getting it fixed but never happened.

I've been a customer at this location for over 8yrs. The past 6 months or so the quality has dropped.. I've been compensated 3 times in that period with free pizza. The latests issue is NO delivery service for online orders...this seems random throughout the day. I've started an online order in the past(it even gave me the approximate delivery time), only to get an error when checking out. And going back to the summary shows "carry out only." I'm sure covid has a lot to do with the quality problems, but deliveries are their bread and butter. If I find an answer to why the delivery service is stopped, I'll update this.

The customer service over the phone was HORRIBLE. I asked to speak with a manager and their attitude confirmed why the employee who picked up felt like his attitude was correct. They both sounded overworked and highly irritated that anyone would dare call in. I ended up taking my business to SAMS Club Cafe, and had an incredibly pleasant experience from ordering the large order I needed for a group of summer camp kids, to getting an explanation of what would be most economical for the amount of pizzas I needed, to having the order complete ahead of schedule, to smiles when we arrived to pick it up.

King Tre, if you are having ordering issues online, please contact the store directly so they can help you place your order. Calling the store still gets you the points towards the piece of the pie rewards program. If there was an online deal please let them know which one you were attempting to take advantage of and they will help you. Thank you for your time.
