Horrible location. The manager has a very nasty attitude named Heather. Unwilling to correct a order and deliver it in the past and now unwilling to take my order. This location clearly gets their friends to comment and give good reviews. It's pretty evident. By far the worst service in general in Goldsboro along with Papa John's on Royal.

I had messed up when ordering so it wasn't ready when I arrived. They walked me through the app, helped me find my mistake, and even had my order ready earlier than expected. No attitudes, no making me feel dumb or like I was an inconvenience. Their sanitation grade is 💯. Super nice staff and the food was wonderful. The only disappointment was the garden salad. The lettuce was a close to its date, but it was a prepackaged item (I didn't realize that when ordering) so I can't really fault the staff for this one. We will definitely be ordering from here again!

Service was good but the food quality wasn't up to par for 3/4 of the order.. the pizza was amazing.. the sandwiches and pasta bowl were undercooked.. other then that the customer service is great
