I frequent both this car wash and the one on Skibo at least twice a week. Never had any damage done to any of my vehicles and the employees are always respectful.

For one,, the car wash still leaves my car dirty at this ramsey st.. location. Came to get my car wash today around 12:26p. I guess they pick and choose who's car they will pre wash before we enter. I sat and watch the two ladies spray down the first two car ahead or mine.. and whip it down with the long brush thing that they would usually use before we enter the big washer. One lady sprayed it a little, gave to a couple light wipes and the other did a couple light wipes on the plate.d She got on her phone.they did hardly. nothing when it was my turn to get it washed. When I talk to her about it she got an attitude, so I asked for the corporate number. She said aMagnolia bought the store out but refuse to give me the phone number or full website address. I let her know that she didn't put in any effort in her job, because all the other workers never did so little when I go to that location. She said she been there so many years or whatever,, and had the nerve to say she wants to see where my car is dirty at,, AFTER IWENT THROUGH THE WASH. I told her I the reason I come to a car wash is because it's dirty. This MANAGER was so lazy and rube. This store needs better workers. If the MANAGER is lazy that's probably why the other girl working with her did so little. Cause like I said they did great with the two cars in front, but when it came to me (a blk women) they slacked off real quick.I rather pay another company $40 a month for better customer service and hopefully better attitude.

This is a great car wash, I recommend the $39 package because in the long run it saves money specially with so much going up now. Everyone here is super nice and if there is a problem they will take care of it the first time! My mom also loves this place and I’ve got some of my friends going here because it’s such a great price, honestly any package is a good price, I like the cosmic package because you get the works and easy to deal with keeping your car cleaned!!

They should have a lane for people who already have a membership and one where they set people up. Sometimes you wait forever and you can't get out of line once you're in. It's a great service in the summer. Drying and vacuuming your car in the winter sucks. Nice place always clean friendly staff and has what you need
