These guys can't get anything right, ever. Zero drinks except tap water and no ice! Never answer the phones. They charged me for multiple meals, gave me only 1 meal and then give me cheese on my burger... I am allergic to cheese. I always ask for no cheese. They also cheat the stats on the timer for corporate to know how long meals take to get out the door.

I have to say...the team they have right now is spectacular. Friendly, professional, and go way out of the way for the customers! Definitely recommend this location. Those who worked May 4th between 7:00-7:30pm...y'all are really doing awesome! Y'all are angels! Thank you guys for the Apple Pecan Salad! Y'all are LIFESAVERS!

Food was good but they are short handed so if you know anyone that is looking for a job please send them Erwin NC for a job they are hiring!! And the ones that are working guys and ladies keep pushing y'all are doing a good job!!

Do not go here! I ordered a hot honey meal after waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes and they asked me to pull up to wait for my order for another 20 minutes. Luckily I had the time to wait. However, I caution anyone from going here. It is completely disorganized
