I have ordered a Farm House and have been waiting for it for the last 30 minutes! It is unacceptable how much customers have to wait. It seems that store do not care customers must go back to work! 35 minutes later… and still waiting for the Farm House UPDATE: I waited for 40 minutes to be told that they run out of Farm House… unbelievable! The worst customer service ever! Will never come back again

I ate here on July 23, 2020, and I’m a vegan, I ordered the avocado veg out, and in between slices of lettuce were multiple pieces of shredded meat pieces. That is absolutely disgusting. The amount of cross contamination in that kitchen must be beyond disgusting. I was so upset I had started crying, I took pictures and email customer service, and never received a response. This is absolutely one of the nastiest things I’ve ever gotten from a restaurant in the 7 years of not eating meat. There is absolutely no excuse for meat and produce to have been cross contaminated at a bagel shop.
