I watched a TikTok and saw a dupe for the Starbucks Vanilla Bean Frap, the Vanilla Been Coolatta from Dunkiń. I ordered 3 Vanilla Bean Coolattas and I got 3 IDontKnowWattas, I watched the barista struggle to make it and add coffee which isn’t in it. But I wasn’t going to be that guy and assumed the best that it may have been someone else’s drink. They called my number I got my order and left to do high speed things. I tasted mine and it was straight up coffee. My friend tasted hers- coffee. If they can’t make the drink they should just say so before the order is paid for because I legit wasted my money

The dunkin on cliffdale has such bad service and are very very slow the employees are very rude every time I go I'm waiting over 20 minutes even if there is only 3 cars in front of me this is a new location so it should be doing so much better also I do the pick up orders online and everytime I get my coffee it's melted or made wrong yesterday I had to beep my horn just to get them to pay me attention at the window when I say my coffee sitting there over 5 minutes if I could I would give them 0 stars

This Dunkin' donuts is consistently understaffed and overwhelmed by the amount of orders that they get. I have been coming here a few years and always wait a significant amount of time to get my order. Today I waited over 30 minutes on a mobile order that was placed ahead of time, with reminders to the staff in person.

Honestly, I am a Starbucks fan. However, my boyfriend recommended I try Dunkin’ Donuts for the first time. Thus, I went to this nearby location, and I admit, I was quite speechless with my bagel selection. It was a warm egg and bacon multigrain bagel to which I added avocado sauce. It was absolutely tasty and no doubt I will return for more! 😋
