Tuesday, The hallway was wet and the water was quickly spreading. My neighbor turned off a valve to one of the water using appliances. I notified Summer Chase Office. The maintenance man came on the following day, Wednesday. He checked possible causes and explained his thoughts. He said he was going to call the plumber and the people to verify vac the carpet. The next day, Wednesday, the plumber came. The problem was what the maintenance guy said. He fixed it. The next day, Thursday, the carpet cleaning company came to wet vac. The only way I can see for it to be better would be for there to be a larger maintenance crew and not have everything land on one person Thank you for fixing it.. 32 1A

Rent goes up by $50-$100 a year regardless of seniority; upkeep is slow, no gate is supported anymore, enforcement of rules is lacking and even inaccurate.

They have been easy to contact and just been a wonderful help. I really recommend them to anyone looking for a place, especially a 6 month lease.
