The food was good, as expected. The service also was good. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the off-putting Palmetto bug in the vestibule. Alive when I arrived. Dead when I left.

Had one of the new thick chicken sandwich like all the restaurants have now. Ours was real good.

Worst kfc I’ve ever been to there mashed potatoes had an overwhelming smell like wet rags the chicken and biscuits where stale had to go back twice for them to fix my order because they messed up workers where gross

One bad experience after another. Today we walked into the store and there was about a 5 year old boy unattended pouring soda and juice all over the floors and I mopped it up for him and he kept on pouring it out and I asked where his mother was and it turns out she was working behind the counter as the manager. She threw us out and made us take our meal to go and used a lot of foul language at us. Since when is it bring it unattended kid to work day. Got our order completely wrong as per usual. Never going back
