Lazy.....received poor service and was told while getting my hair cut that "I don't have time to do a style today" and "you can just go home and flat iron it yourself " What a shame, my hair was uneven also 🙄 Spend the money and go somewhere else that cares about their customers.

Asked for long layers, showed her a photo of a long haircut. Layers and trim, I said. Instead "stylist" cut off 15 inches of my hair. By the time I realized what she had done it was too late. She had me turned away from the mirror. I suspect it was no accident or a misunderstanding. The "lady" did it on purpose. Will take years to grow it back the way it was. I am beyond angry. She cut my hair unevenly, had to pay another stylist to fix the "stylist's" subpar job. Stay out of here if you want to keep your hair or have expectations you will get the haircut you want.

Needed to know what product they put on my husband's hair the week earlier. Lucky for me the woman Jennifer, is the one that answered the phone. I explained who I was she remembered my husband and told me exactly what product. Very helpful!

Veterans Day clips are awesome. I have my own stylist who cuts my hair and does a great job. When nothing else to do I don't mind waiting. If in a hurry will sign up online. Been going over a year and don't plan on going anywhere else.
