I used to shop here a lot. They cut their toy section almost completely out a couple of years ago and scaled back the book section by a lot. I’m sure toys are being donated, makes me wonder where they go.

It was an okay experience but a bit disappointing as we had just donated items to the store and received a 15%off coupon for doing so. So we go in and buy quite a few items only to be told that the coupon was expired (which we had JUST gotten 10 minutes earlier!!!!). Maybe God's Store House or the Giving Tree will be our preferred place to shop in Topeka as they honor what they say .... If there had just handed us a coupon they would have honored it.

Is there no break rooms in these buildings for the employees? I just think if you hv an employee thts been running a register and they go on break thn they shouldn't be seen still in the area all up in their phn esp whn the line is backed up. Goodwill had enough ppl tht they could hv jumped bk on or another and got the line moving. My visit was 4/4/22

The staff is rude and unprofessional. Seems like your interrupting them for a question. Every hair color of the spectrum. No name tags or dress standard. Can't tell who the workers are vs. the customers. Not freindly at all to the people keeping them in a job.Looking tired and like they just came off a bender. Long lines are the norm there. They could take an example from God's storehouse. It shows that THEY have figured it out. You guys need to study the competition and change that place around.
