I have used IT Xpress for both remote computer trouble-shooting and in-person computer upgrade and repair services. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and very reasonable in their hourly rates. In addition, the folks in the office are super-easy to deal with - friendly and patient with my (many!) questions. For several years, I used Geek Squad to maintain my computers, but now I use IT Xpress exclusively. I highly, highly recommend them!

We had been getting the run around from QuickBooks and a hosting site. For three days we were on the phone with numerous departments at each and still couldn’t resolve the issues we were having. When they finally decided it was my security suite causing the issues I found IT Xpress. It wasn’t my security suite at all. It was a corrupted QB issue and some C drive issues. Mike spent over 6 hours fixing 2 computers in the office and we are back up and running. I can’t tell you how relived I am to be back operating and to have found someone who is so knowledgeable and responsive. They are amazing and if I could give them 1,000 stars it wouldn’t be enough.
