Terrible. They gave me the complete wrong chicken after already waiting a LONG time. Had to wait again. Had to ask for new mashed potatoes because how old they were they were hard as a rock and brown. By the time my chicken came out the rest of my food was cold. Not to mention my daughter couldn’t eat her cornbread it was so burnt. My boyfriends food was also cold like it had been sitting. Never had a bad experience with Cracker Barrel before. It was my first time at this location and definitely won’t be returning.

We ordered the Easter take home specials and all I have to say is that Cracker Barrel is good no matter where you go. Was very impressed with the accuracy of our order along with the taste. We were even surprised with how many leftovers we had. Can t wait to come back for more!

Today was my second trip to this location. Was there for Valentine's Day since I'm in town for business. Mercedes was my waitress both time. She does a excellent job. My food was good. Country fried steak was great Monday and Momma's Pancake was just what wanted tonight. This location is solid. Thank you Mercedes for your great service.

Terrible experience, terrible service. Ordered a cookies and cream hot chocolate, which tasted like hot water. Ordered a French toast meal, French toast taste like it was SOAKED in eggs and was disgusting. Ordered a meal that came with “all the fixings” which is biscuits and didn’t even receive them. Didn’t receive my replacement drink until I was 3 bites away from being done with my meal. I use to eat here a lot so this is so disappointing, won’t be coming back, and advise others not to come here either.
