The property is in a great location and very easy to find. The staff is friendly and breakfast was decent. The hotel exterior is in desperate need of pressure washing and maintenance. The hallways and elevator carpet/floors were very dirty and smelled bad. Our room was put together nicely, but very dirty and lacked preventative maintenance. It all presented itself as a hotel that was in need of an owner/management that cares. The door handles, doors, light fixtures, inside of toilets were very dirty. My family and I had to clean the room and spray the bedding and couch before we sat down and placed our items. I was very disappointed as this is not what I expected from Residences Inn.

The breakfast was fantastic, but the room filthy! The first room was so bad they moved us to another, which was only marginally better. Dirty, grim and food particles on the floor. If they could get the rooms clean this rating would have been better. They offered to let us look at rooms until we found one "clean enough to suit us." It isn't about being picky, but want to spend the night somewhere that was not dirty.

Very comfortable place to spend a month on a short-term assignment. Cynthia does a great job keeping the breakfast bar filled and customers happy. Front desk crew and general manager did a great job taking care of us and making us feel welcome.

The hotel is what I expected. The room is a little dated. And not the best sound insulation. But it was clean and comfortable. Just what our family needed for the night. What got me to take the time to write a review is the staff. They were all so friendly and helpful! Checking in later at night both my husband and I recognized the woman at the front desk was above and beyond friendly and helpful. Mrs. Cynthia was the woman in charge of breakfast. She was attentive, friendly and it was all very clean. We we’re very impressed. Then checking out this morning was all great. If you want to experience great customer service this hotel is full of lovely people. Thank you.
