Met a colleague for the first time over happy hour. We were just looking to have a couple of drinks and the bar staff did a great job of looking after us... clearly they were just getting set for the evening and they still were attentive to all the guests. Only reason this rating isn't higher is that we didn't really sample any of the food.

Waited 40 minutes for a grilled cheese take out order once arriving at the store, had to ask 3 times about it with barely so much as an acknowledgement of my existence. Was handed the order only to find out after leaving it was not even remotely close to the correct items inside the bag. Mind you the order was placed at least 20 minutes before driving over to pick it up. They can’t answer their phone even after multiple tries. I would rate this place zero stars if possible. It’s amazing to watch people order the same dish in front of you and have it brought out to them for dine-in minutes later. Will never step foot in this place again if they can’t be bothered to have attentive staff or even enough staff. So sick of places having 2 people running the whole restaurant start using that money you make from your ridiculously overpriced food to hire adequate staff

As a customer, the food is solid. Though I haven't been here in a while. This review is being left from the perspective of a DoorDash driver who consistently calls this location one of the best to deliver for. They have a number of restaurants here and if you are reading this and want a good experience using DoorDash I highly recommend this place. I have never had an issue with one of their orders at any point and they are fast!

Went on a date night tonight (November 16, 2021) with my husband and I was greatly disappointed. The service was good other then never getting drink refills and we got an appetizer that was good but the Philly sandwich wasn't. That's my number one sandwich that I love and always get most places I go but the meat was so off.. I tried and tried to eat it and only finished half of it.. ( WISH I STOPPED)the meat had a strong flavor... not a good one though. It was just off. My husband said the same thing. His burger patty had a freezer taste. And if it wasn't for everything added on top of it, it would have tasted even worse. As soon as I got in the car, I kept burping up the meat and now I'm not feeling so well. Hopefully the way I'm feeling won't get pasted on to my 5 month old who is breastfed. If you look at my other reviews... i usually leave good 4 and up stars but I was just that disappointed. Not sure if the meat has stayed way to long in the freezer or what not but something is off.. . . . Update... now my husbands stomach isn't sitting well either. Sad, we will never return here and I feel like it was a waste of money .
