Employees are always nice but the drive thru service is horrible. It’s takes about 5-8 minutes per car. Something needs to change. People parking and going inside come back out with their order before we move one car out of the line.

Unfurtunetly this dunkin is the only one within a close range of my house. Although the employees are nice, the location is severely under staffed and waiting 15-20 minutes for a coffee is considered the norm at this location. Managment also seems lackluster as employees just seem to get flustered when working and most don't even know their own menu. This location needs significant improvement asap

My trip was horrendous. I went through the drive through and there was a boy at the window who emptied a bottle of whipped cream on a receipt. Then he asked me if I wanted it, I declined. He then proceeded to lick the receipt. It was extremely awkward and uncomfortable. Then my coffee (iced coffee with almond milk and caramel) tasted horrendous. If the coffee was good, I probably would’ve ignored the rest of the encounter…
