They put me on a dock right away got loaded in 2h . Make sure you ask for clear instructions if you've never been here before. It can be tricky finding the dock ,it's a huge farm . Plenty of docks and space for a 53ft reefer.

No matter the position you are hired for; Monrovia will force you to work on the loading docks in extreme condition's. No matter who you are if you cannot do the extreme hard labor they will fire you. Even though you where never hired for such position and NEVER told you would have to do such work. This company constantly complains about not having enough people yet blackmails the little employees they do have into working hard jobs they where never originally asked to do. In addition most working conditions are horrible and this company is far from ethical or loyal. Do not waste your time at this awful job.

Such a beautiful place to go to see amazingly beautiful plants to buy. The plants are so healthy and beautiful.
