Such a quaint and clean place. With outdoor seating. The basic prices are great with just the right amount of food. But $1.65 for about a tablespoon of sour cream. Which should be included as an option to most menu items. Did enjoy the meal and the atmosphere there.

We had a wedding emergency and needed last minute catering. Andy from Pepinos made our food dreams come true in the nick of time! We can't say enough good things. We are so grateful! The food was amazing and so affordable! Plus we ended up with left overs so we won't have to cook for a week!

Very friendly staff when you first walk in, fresh salsa bar to cover your burrito, El cheapo is the best deal in town and it has no meat small amount of cheese, very tasty. Will come back again. Beer is served also and that is a plus. Chips were super fresh and so was the salsa.

Chipotle Potato Burrito add Chicken. The Smokey salsa rules! Lime up those chips and you win :) Breakfast Burrito is great and fairly priced. Not a lot of PDX Mexican restaurants give you free chips anymore so they’ve always been a regular spot for me. The 23rd location is a little weird but Hawthorne rules.
