I literally talked Sabrina’s ears off and she patiently with the utmost courtesy listened to me , and made me feel so much better because she wanted to make sure my request was taken and heard correctly so she could send to management. We first walked into Jerome’s approximately about 3 yrs or so to make our first couch purchase. We were welcomed in and helped by Fernando, not only were we impressed by the quality of Jerome’s furniture but also by Fernando’s knowledge and expertise. We are now returning customers and have made our second big purchase here at Jerome’s for a mattress! We’re so happy with our purchases and the amazing customer service that has came with it! Very happy with my experience today buying a couch for my family. Since the moment we enter the store our sales person Nick did a great job finding out what we needed. I went to Jerome's and loved looking around at the variety that they had within the store. The next day I sign up for their Jerome's card and was approved so I went online to order items for my bedroom. Had trouble for my purchase, so I called the store for help with my purchase. I spoke with Alice and let her know I was coming into the store. She met me at the door and made my experience a very awesome one. I was able to place my order with her help. I will be going back to Jerome's again for more furniture. Great place to shop and well worth this 5 star I am giving today.

yes, we do offer a delivery services to tijuana..playas... ensenada.. tecate.. depending on your delivery area, a quote can be arranged through a third party delivery service.
