Did a great job. Done on time. Looked great. A little pricey but we knew that going in. Staff was very friendly.

So why reroute calls to a "customer service" center when we have a local store? The customer care center is horrible and doesn't care about any customers. I wanted to inquire about specific times of delivery and this guy "Andy" (probably not his real name) acted like my questions were an inconvenience to him. Most likely will never use this company again. I can see why there are so many 1 star reviews

Maybe the worst customer service experience I've experienced. So here's the story: I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to someone. I provided the correct address. I received the photo and delivery confirmation from EA and it was not the right address or building. It was on the correct street but down the road a block. It's even clearly wrong on my confirmation and the photo shows the wrong address. I immediately contacted the store and the lady I spoke with (didn't get her name) said she'd call the driver immediately so he'd take it to the correct address. I waited two hours for to hear back or receive confirmation from my recipient. It never showed. So I contacted the store again and the lady that answered said, let me call the driver. A few minutes later she returned and said, "the driver said he did deliver it to the wrong address but the person he gave it do said they would take it down the street." WHAT?!?! I asked to speak to the manager, he was out doing deliveries but called me from a blocked number. He identified himself as Nick and as the General Manager and as the person who made my delivery this morning to the wrong location. His statement was to me "I'm not going to go back and forth with you, my GPS took me to where it was delivered (he admitted it was the wrong address) and that the person said they would drop it off. You need to take it up with them." He then hung up. I'm speechless. How can a company expect me to know who they dropped it with when it was the wrong address? Why is this my fault like Nick says? I called the corporate customer service to ask for a refund and was told only the store can refund. I've seriously never experienced anything like this. Especially from a General Manager of a large franchise like this. Basically I've asked for a refund and one has not been given to this point. This review will be removed of course if this is handled properly but right now, I don't have much hope for that.

Do not order from this location!! I order EA all of the time for my company, using other locations throughout the US. I was the recipient of this order on this occasion. I was out of state for work training, but my husband was home. He ran an errand and when he arrived he found a $150 fruit arrangement left on the ground, near our front door, right next to our bushes/landscape, completely INFESTED with ants. I just returned from my work trip last night and called about the matter today, which is a Monday. The manager, Stan, was rude and argued with me. First, he told me that it had been too many days since I called. Then he told me there was a note on the delivery to leave the order in the shade. Why would anyone leave a fruit delivery outside in 95 degree weather on the ground next to shrubbery? The driver, using common sense, should have called to double-check that this should be left sitting outside. Not only was the manager rude, he refused to offer any solution whatsoever.

They might still be the same, $29, unless they have a, "pick up special". They will then be $19.
