I'm very happy that UPS in Wenatchee is now employing smaller vehicles to deliver on snowy roads in the winter. Finally catching up with FedEx, which has been doing it for years. I used to have to tell everyone to use FedEx in the winter, now I can use UPS again. Thank you!

Our apartment building is locked, but all mail carriers in town have been given keys to come into the building, including UPS. All other mail carriers use the key to deliver packages to the doors of our apartments, except UPS. In fact, they don’t even come to the building. You have no clue unless you are watching the tracking history diligently that your package is at the UPS center. In the history it says “recipient agreed to pickup at facility”… no I did not. The least they could do is drive the two blocks to put a note on the door of our building saying there was a delivery attempt, so at least you know when to go pick up. I have had many many packages get sent back to the sender because unbeknownst to me, the package went straight to the UPS center and was waiting there for me for too long before I realized it had been “delivered”. Use the damn keys we have given you and actually DELIVER THE PACKAGES. It’s the only job you have to do and your drivers refuse to do it.

UPS has seriously deteriorated recently. No deliveries to our home now and pickup here is confusing, disorganized and time consuming not to mention the drive of 44 miles round trip to pick up deliveries we paid to have at our home.

This is the absolute worst UPS division I've ever encountered. Not only are they unimaginably inconsistent in delivering my package, one day they leave it on the porch, the next they give it to my apartment offices, some days they get lazy and leave me a note to go pick it up at Pack it Rite? Like the hell? Do your job and take it to my complex management like you should. On top of that, I today got a package delivered with a note, and after calling Pack it Rite I received this phone number, and after asking the gentleman where my package was he said I could pick it up tonight instead between 7-7:45pm. I arrive at 7:28 pm banging on the door for a few minutes a lady answered "What?" So I said "Umm I was told to be here between 7-745 when the trucks arrived to pickup a failure delivery." she said "Nobody told me about anyone picking up packages and we shut our computers down early so you won't be able to get your package until monday." Like what in the hell. One, your business states 7:45PM so how about you don't shut your computers down so you can leave early and actually provide your customers with adequate service. Needless to say, I'll never support UPS in the area so long as I can help it. Unfortunately Amazon primarily uses it...Hopefully someone will take over this district and help provide the area with what UPS is really capable of.

Hello, this customer center is open Monday to Friday 4:30 PM -- 6:00 PM, but they accept drop offs before as the latest drop off time for Air packages is 4:20 PM, this would be the earliest time you can drop the package off on Monday to ship it Next Day Air.
Hi there, thank you for contacting us. Our team is here to help. Please contact us with your information via a Private Message or Direct Message on one of our social channels: Facebook @UPS or Twitter @UPSHelp to assist you further.
This is the UPS distribution hub for the Wenatchee area. They don't have store front or web site.
You pick it up from this location. The desk is open 3pm - 6pm Monday - Friday.
Because they have a lot of other stuff to do. But if you make it between 3-6 they're cheaper than the ups store. If those hours dont work for you I highly recommend pak it rite.
