I went in on June 30, 2022 and left on July 2nd. The staff was always so attentive to me and I couldn't have had a better birthing experience.

This hospital deserves 1 star at most, and purely for the fact of kind nurses. Upon my most recent stay, I was on the 2nd floor due to elevated heart rate for monitoring, which then turned into them demanding I stay until the weekend. They stopped monitoring me 12 hours or so into my stay, and stopped giving me fluids as well. But they expected me to stay for days? Which might have been fine except for the fact that the multiple times I requested and was promised food, nothing ever showed up. When I told them I had felt fine and was okay to go, and they also proclaimed there were people much worse off than me. The midwife Stacy decided to get snippy with me and tried to tell me if I left my baby would die. After being told by several nurses all of the tests were okay, and she was perfectly healthy. The pure lack of care here is disgusting. It should not take a nurse having to sneak me jello, when I have no restrictions on eating, just for me to get sustenance for a multi day stay. Then to be rude and try to fear monger your patient? You should not be in medical care if you're going to be that stuck up/rude to your patients. They then stated they may have to transfer me to Seattle if I came back, to which I said "Thank goodness." Because in Seattle, this lack of care NEVER would have happened. I'd rather drive the 3 hours to give birth than to be mistreated like that again.

I recently had open heart surgery at CWH. The staff and Dr's were the best. I was well taken care of and at times felt as if I was their only patient. I've seen many hospitals in my day, this one is one of the best. Don't forget, COVID protocol is set by our governor, NOT the hospital. If you have an option as to where you can have your procedure, I would definitely choose this facility.

I don't want to say anything negative about the physicians, nurses or support staff. I think they are competent, professional and caring people. Yet something is off. I hope things improve....maybe a little competition would help.

Good afternoon. I am sorry that you feel this way. I am curious what floor your brother is on? Also, at this point getting your brother transferred would take a miracle. There are no beds to be had. Every hospital system in Washington as well as the entire PNW is dealing with COVID. My suggestion to you would be to cl and ask for the charge nurse and have a polite conversation with them. Also, this only works if you are the decision maker for your brother. Good luck, I hope things turn around for you.
Go to the website. It depends where you are trying to apply, as there are many contract companies. We definitely need interpreters! I do not speak Spanish, sorry my reply was in English.
Most nurses have other patients to help, like 4 others. And I've noticed that there are too many people to help in our region and our little hospital is being overwhelmed. There's a good chance that there were 6 other patients waiting for your bed downstairs.
I can't tell you, it's against the health information protection act.
Main entrance on the south side
Yes they do actually, been there allot and they have quit be allot especially on the ground floor
Yes, after hours you will need to park in the emergency department.
Call your PCP.
I'm not certain of the actual temperature, but it is quite comfortable. If you are cold, they will actually being you a warm blanket. Honest.
Each floor has a couple different units, and each unit has a specific focus. A few examples of different units are the mom-baby unit, the ICU, the surgical unit, and general medicine.
It depends on your specific situation, but there is always a case manager who can help facilitate some kind of transportation.
Hospital opens from 5am-8pm, however you can always check in through the Emergency department after hours. Visitation after hours is usually at the discretion of the nurse and staff is usually ok with this.
Depends on the unit you are visiting. Typically 8 to 8
The lab at the the Professional building by the hospital opens at 8:00, and the lab at the Mares building on 9th and Chelan opens at 7:00.
Yes
I don't know that person, sorry.
