Poor customer service and the food tastes like cardboard or maybe it’s bc mine was old? I called to get an update on delivery because it was 10 mins late at this point and I wanted to ensure it didn’t get delivered to the wrong address (city) as it had been last time I ordered delivery. I couldn’t even finish explaining why I was calling bc the lady cut me off immediately and without even knowing what order I was or why I wanted to verify this, she “ensured” me it wouldn’t and that the driver is on her way (10 mins late & about 45 mins after order was placed) so I kindly made a point of her not even knowing who I was and she got an attitude. The food was delivered finally after about an HOUR of being on it’s way according to the tracker. Needless to say it was cold. I called the store back this morning to make the manager away of the issue since I couldn’t last night bc I was working and again I get cut off and he states the tracker is inaccurate. Well if the tracker isn’t correct why use one? I didn’t even bother getting a chance to make a point my food was cold bc they seem to immediately get defensive,cut me off,and project so I didn’t bother and hung up.

Placed an online order for pickup, that stated 15 minutes. Didn't even bother with delivery, since it usually takes an hour or so and isn't even warm when it arrives. Pull up to see a huge banner stating they're fully staffed and open for business, except they're still only open for takeout and delivery, and you can't go in to the dining area to pick up food. Pull up to the window, wait a good 3+ minutes for anyone to come to us, and when they finally do, they tell me my order isn't quite done yet, but i could pay now, and to Pull around (i paid online). So I do. As does the car behind me. I pull back around, wait some more, only to be told they "forgot my order", and wondered if I'd be willing to wait. I waited nearly twice as long as they said it would take. Don't tell me my order isnt quite done, when it hasn't been started. The only reason I didn't give a 1 ⭐️ review, is because when it finally was made, it was right and I enjoyed it.

Ordered 2 medium pep pan pizzas with light sauce for carryout. Both the woman over the phone and the guy at the window were extremely nice and funny. I pulled up early and the guy didn't make me feel like that was annoying of me which I appreciated. The pizzas were done exactly the same and exactly how I wanted it. I haven't ever had a problem with carryout at this location for the YEARS I had lived here before and it was nice to see that it hasn't changed. Would definitely go back next time I am in town.

I ordered one pizza, two packs of garlic sauce, one pack of marinara sauce and a bottle of soda. This was all repeated back to me. I was told that this would take 60 to 70 minutes. Even though it was a long wait, I agreed. 110 minutes later, a pizza and garlic sauce showed up. (50% of my order) The driver said he would have my soda and sauce back to me in 10 minutes. (physical impossibility) I’m sure you can imagine how cold the pizza was. Edit: OK, at The two hour and 15 minute mark, the driver showed up with soda. Now I’ve received 75% of my order. I didn’t even bother mentioning the rest. I would just as soon forget it. This has just become too ridiculous. I get it that it’s a difficult time, but why lie to your customers? People pay money upfront in exchange for a service. If you can’t provide that service, don’t advertise that you can. Also, Being understaffed is not an acceptable excuse if you refuse to pay your employees a living wage. This entire experience was nothing but a waste of my time, money and energy. Last time.
