Not a friendly place. Placed an order , the host was not customer friendly. Kitsap was empty, when I ask for some from the counter she argued the dispenser was full. After checking,while everyone was waiting to order,she decided to put a handful on the counter with no response to customer. We have been patronizing Arby's in palmyra for quite some time now. However. The service has fallen off considerably and the food at times is cold when picked up at counter. Did not used to be that way. Will only visit once from now on unless it gets much better.

This Arby's gets 5 stars. The staff was very helpful with my choices of sandwiches. I had the Classic Roast beef double and crinkle fries. Very good. It's recommend this store. I even got sandwiches to go.

So my wife and I along with my mother visit this Arbys a couple of times a month. Always friendly employees and decent music playing in the dining area...UNTIL TODAY!!... I walked in with my wife and stood at the counter while the young lady leaning with her face in her phone ignored me. A fake cough from me finally prompted her to take my order which was completed by her with zero personality or thanks..While we waited the atmosphere amongst employees was loud, disrespectful to guests and featured trashy Heavy Metal music being played loudly in the kitchen forcing all diners to listen as well..When the manager called my name, there was no eye contact, and no "thankyou"...Rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional...Another business going down the tubes..I guess we'll go elsewhere from now on. 😒

Employees rude. The woman at the register made a statement that there are only 4 Employees working Ok, no one was complaining. No new burgers were available. No condiments whatsoever. Soda machine wasn't working. Thank God, I brought my own drink Where is the owner???? Why aren't you on top of this issue?
