I had Patriot plumbing come out to the house. The compressor was out on my AC. They said the unit was not under warranty and that just the compressor would be 3600. $ plus labor. Had Central Washington Air come out , to give a second opinion. They were there within 30 minutes. Central Washington check and said the compressor is under warranty and they are charging under $1500. For everything. Buyer beware I don't care to be taken advantage of. In response to your response. The quote was done by Dustin, for my mothers home . If you would like to verify that yes in fact it was your company that came to her home just ask Dustin. Remind him we called him doctor Dustin. If you do not charge labor you should inform your associates of this. Dustin had your office check for warranty on Thursday and came back to my mothers home Friday to say that the AC was never registered, so was not under warranty. Central Washington AC did not have anything to do with her original installation but some how were able to find out that the AC was covered in a matter of minutes. You might inquire with them how they are able to be more efficient in getting this information if your company struggles with this. In any case we too are happy that we found another company to do the work , and did it honestly.

Prompt and efficient water heater installation from polite technicians. I saw them installing a water heater for the nextdoor neighbor and that reminded me that I probably needed a new one also. Noe was able to tell by the serial number on my old tank that it was well past its expected service lifetime. I’m so glad to get a great quality and reliable new water heater before the old one failed. Noe reminded me to get a good coupon from the internet and I also got the senior discount. Many thanks!
