Tried Longshadow was unimpressed with their wines, in fact I dumped most of them out. While the property looks inviting, their tasting room has a strange odor in it, which does not help. Their reds had very strange odors and tastes and were simply not very good with very unpleasant after tastes. It didn't help that they served them at "room temperature" which must have been in the mid 80's (I don't think their tasting room is air conditioned). All in all, not a place I would recommend or return to. There are far better wineries in the valley.

Good place if you’re hauling kids with you because of the animals and everything, but this was the worst wine tasting I’ve ever experienced. Tasted like the wine had been sitting open behind the bar for weeks. Awful. Had a a sip of each and dumped every single one in the bushes.

I want to say thank you again John (The Owner) for allowing me to use your establishment for my retirement ceremony. His hospitality and courteous nature were very much appreciated. I was very impressed with the lady who initially set up my event before Maria was assigned to be my host for my event. The previous coordinator had family issues and had to leave the company. When my wife and I first met Maria, she was late for our scheduled appointment and directed her tardiness to someone else. When we met a second time, she was late again. The second time we met, she attempted to overcharge me $500 and stated someone told her to charge me another amount, I pulled up the contract on my phone, and she had no clear explanation on why “the front office”, was overcharging me. On the Day of the rehearsal, I was told by my colleagues that she was very rude before I arrived, venting her frustration to them about things she wasn't comfortable with and or asking you the owner, or making an adjustment for things, such as moving the tables out of the way a little. When I came, she immediately started loud talking to me in front of my office party participating in the rehearsal (I have several people that can provide accounts for this). I eventually told her that this was embarrassing and that we could quit this conversation because my guests were waiting for me to start the rehearsal. I was very proud of myself because her tone was disrespectful to me, and I don't usually allow nor tolerate any form of disrespect. If you book an event I recommend don't book through Maria. I originally booked your location service members recommended it would be a beautiful occasion if I did my ceremony there. If maria is their host, in the future I would advise them not to book through her and notify you if there is someone else who can cater to their needs. Thanks again for the use of the establishment. Gregory

April 2022 Weekday spring Tuesday afternoon. Just a few patrons, as would be expected for most any winery at this time. We were wine country cycling and needed a place to sit and have our light picnic / snacks n sit. Chilled Sauvignon for both of us on this warm afternoon. As good as most any other stop in the vicinity.

Yes
The one they had was not for sale
Every time I've gone there they had a different food truck there. Best thing to do is eat before you arrive.
No petting zoo or horseback riding. But you can view the horses and I believe they have llamas also
Yes
A wine is a grape fermented by yeast, a living organism. It is living, it eats the sugar basically and produces alcohol. So I guess by definition, no. I'm curious what a vegan wine would be?
