May I Stand Unshaken

This McDonald's has went way down hill. Service is very slow, chicken nuggets tasted old and cold, fries were old and cold, and service is rude. I understand why the parking lot stays empty a lot now. We won't be back to this McDonald's.

They close at any given time. It may be 9 or 11. You never know. People are visible inside but refuse to take orders and say they are closed even though they are supposed to be open on Saturday until 1AM , this has happened multiple times. If it’s after 8pm go somewhere else.

I went to this McDonalds drive thru about 9 PM last night. They were busy and when the food took a little longer than usual, the employee explained that her manager and another employee had just quit so they were a little backed up. Her shift was over, but she stayed to continue waiting on customers. She said she would make every effort to get my food out shortly...and she did. The food was ready a few minutes later. This is what good customer service looks like even when conditions aren't ideal. (BTW - the order was correct and the food was good)

35 minutes waiting in the drive thru. One employee in the kitchen according to someone on the phone. Polite at window. Mobile order so requested to have hot fries and make sure drinks weren't melted. Drinks taste great and are very chilly. Service today is great. Food tastes great. Hope they get more staff soon.
