We are local to Polk County tattooed and an interracial couple and this isn't the first time we experience this treatment and probably won't be the last but I'm honestly sick of it. We deserve to go out and eat without feeling like we are wrong in who we are externally. We walk in and are immediately treated like outsiders, girl at cash register was very rude and passive aggressive in her words with us and the looks we received from her. Food wasn't worth the hassle, quite honestly nothing is. Will not be back and pray nobody else has to experience this type of treatment but I have talked to other couples who look like us who have and it needs to stop.

Older building but people were friendly and the food was good!! We ordered our food at the front counter then went upstairs to find a seat and they brought our food out. It was a cool experience!

A great breakfast at a reasonable price! The homemade raisin bread was very good and 3 large strips of high quality bacon and creamy grits with 2 eggs all cooked just right made a wonderful breakfast. The coffee is good, too. And the staff is attentive and friendly.

Decided to #eatlocal and came across this place. Y'all... breakfast is amazing and the portions are perfect! Definitely looking forward to trying out more of their menu. Pictured: Western omelet, homemade yogurt with fruit and granola, oatmeal, and hot chocolate Not pictured: breakfast stack because it wasn't going to photograph well as a tempting treat but it is "slap your mama" good!
