I am a disabled veteran that owns a healthy vending machine company. Who can i talk to on this base to see if i can place my machines on base for military and veteran personnel.

Food delivery service; whatever you do, do not delivery to a “Hasan G” or “Hassan G” at the Point Loma gate at Laning ave. Delivered food today to a man matching the description given to me over the phone, thanked them for their service and went out of my way to make sure food was correct after they confirmed the food type and name to me on their order when picking up. It sounded like they called me a derogatory name for a white male as they walked off and left no tip, leaving me with $3 for 35 mins work and wasting my gas. They called me after I drove away asking where their food was and after telling them it was delivered they hung up. Bizarre and unprofessional, I expected better from our service men and women. Never delivering on base again

My favorite military base. Has a lot of amenities to keep those who work here happy and healthy. Nice gym, running trails, hotel, gas, and recreation lounge are some of the many perks. Friendly people at a beautiful place.

I was there early eighties, stationed aboard the USS MC KEE AS 41 Submarine Tender. I worked on the Los Angeles class fast attack nuclear-powered Submarines. San Diego was the best place to be for me, I miss it!
