I LOVE THIS HOSPITAL!!! really cannot say enough nice things about the place... My dogs get the best care here. I like them better than my local vets. I can always get in. It drives me nuts when I call the local vet and can't get an appointment for 5 days. Staff remember me and my dogs LOVE the vets and techs. Highly highly recommended from a dog professional of 30 years. They always give great care at the best possible price point for emergency care they can't be beat!

We came in with a feral cat with no medical history and the team here was incredible. They were kind and compassionate with a hard to work with kitty and constantly checked in with us and let us know what they were finding out. When he needed a blood transfusion that they didn't have the correct blood for, they helped us find another emergency vet and made sure to talk to us about costs, our treatment intentions and made sure we were informed on our options. I see a lot of people complaining about the wait time. Unfortunately, there are a lot of pets out there who need help and they're doing there best. Vet staff have incredibly stressful and emotionally draining jobs. Please be kind. Also, I was able to sign up my two indoor cats to be blood donors! A service I think everyone should look into. You can help save someone else's pet and your pet gets free blood work too!

This was my first time using them and they were all great! Dr. DiLorenzo was amazing. He got down to dog level and made me feel welcomed. He was extremely thorough in his diagnosis of my 1 year old Golden Retriever. He ordered the test and wrote a prescription and explained the whole thing. He didn't try and sell me something I didn't need. They were fast and all very friendly. Great team there!

Animal Urgent Care & Dr. Heatter took great care of my dog, Cheyenne, and helped to ease my extremely worried mind. Even during such a busy time, they were able to work us in to be seen and perform diagnostics. All staff were compassionate and kind. Pricing was competitive especially for being seen after regular vet hours. No urgent vet trip is fun, but they helped make the best out of a scary time for our family. Thank you all!
