Very hard to find the entrance from the street. No sidewalks for walking within the development, poor nighttime lighting, and it is nearly impossible to see the house numbers!

What is the space rent and is there HOA fee’s

The rent is based upon which street you live on. The higher up you go, the better the view and the quieter it is. There are no HOA dues as you do not own the land the house sits on. You only own the house.

Looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom place. Are any units for sale right now? What is space rent?

The mobile homes are all independently owned, so most likely there is one for sale. Space rent is $900 + or - . Park is 55 and older.
